Information from guardians is crucial for us to know about children’s food allergies. Non-allergenic food can be available, if guardians let us know in advance. We may not be able to cook the non-allergenic food, if the allergy information is given at the reception. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
1.Please fill in and bring the questionnaires on the back page of the flier when you visit our dining hall for the first time. Please make sure to have your child bring the flier with the back page filled in, if you let your child visit us alone.
2.We will call the guardians by phone, if children do not bring the flier with the back page filled in.
3.If we can not reach the guardians in the case of the above clause, we will provide the child with ordinary food without allergic countermeasures when the child above the fourth grade in elementary school or above answers “Yes” to the question “Do you eat the same school lunch as your classmates do.” We may not be able to provide the food, if the child is below the fourth grade.
4.If in-advance information is given on the allergic status, the special food without allergenic ingredients or different food will be prepared.
5.The names of the 27 allergenic ingredients will be mentioned on the menu board, if we use them in the food on that day.
