Prospectus for Establishment:
Concerned by our country’s social problems in this age of plenty, including the food strain on children and their guardians, and the decreasing number of children, we thought we should start something we can do as soon as possible.
Therefore, after evaluating the feasibility of various alternative activities, we decided to open adining hall for children.
The largest issue for opening the hall was solved by gaining cooperation from Nerima Baptist Church to rent the hall, and we were able to begin preparations in Sakuradai to serve those living in eastern Nerima.
We are aiming to open the dining hall in October 2015 and planning to apply for NPO status this year in order to better coordinate with various outside supporters. By doing this, we hope to determine the various area-specific needs for support, and to widen the scope of our activity in the future.
We are hoping to support those who are persevering in adversity not only by our own dining hall,but also by other possible activities, including helping other dining halls, study support activities,and so on. As a first step, we would like to start the Sakuradai Children’s Dining Hall.
